Meg takes her inspiration from the sea - the waves, rock pools and rock surfaces. Using strong groggy clay, slips, oxides and textures are applied before the first bisque firing. After glazing, often with a matt glaze, pots are then fired to 1230°C  (i.e. stoneware temperature.)
